ZOLOTE Terms of Service
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Welcome to ZOLOTE.
By accessing, browsing, using our website, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.
1. Scope of Service
These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of the ZOLOTE website, including browsing, shopping, purchasing products, and other services provided through or in connection with the website.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Order Confirmation
After you successfully place an order and complete payment, we will generally send you an order confirmation email.
An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that your order has been shipped.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability, supply limitations, product discontinuation, system issues, or other exceptional circumstances, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and, where applicable, cancel the order and provide a full refund.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, descriptions, images, measurements, materials, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, slight differences in color, texture, dimensions, or appearance may occur due to photography lighting, screen settings, device differences, and variations between production batches.
Reasonable variations in color or appearance shall not, by themselves, constitute a product defect.
If a product has an actual quality issue, is damaged during shipping, or is different from the item ordered, we will handle the matter in accordance with our applicable Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
4. Pricing and Payment
Product prices and applicable charges will be displayed during the ordering process.
Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
If an order contains an incorrect price due to a system error, technical issue, pricing mistake, or other obvious error, ZOLOTE reserves the right to cancel the affected order to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, we will provide an appropriate refund in accordance with the circumstances.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We will arrange shipment based on the delivery information provided with your order and make reasonable efforts to ensure that your products are delivered safely.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping arrangements, customs processing, and other factors.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZOLOTE will not be responsible for indirect losses arising from delivery delays caused by customs inspections, natural disasters, severe weather, logistics disruptions, strikes, public events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving relevant delivery issues.
6. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
If we are unable to perform, or are delayed in performing, our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, we will not be considered in breach of these Terms.
Such events may include natural disasters, severe weather, war, government actions, strikes, logistics disruptions, internet or technical failures, and other similar events.
In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to restore normal service and fulfill affected orders.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZOLOTE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or special losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law, including statutory consumer rights.
8. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country or region.
If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law, the applicable law will prevail.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time due to changes in our business, website functionality, or applicable legal requirements.
Any updated version will be published on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised where appropriate.
Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
